  • 6 dashes Rhubarb bitters
  • ½ oz. Egg white
  • Add whiskey, lemon oleo, Averna Amaro and egg white, if utilizing, to a shaker.

  • Dry-shake for 30 seconds with out ice.

  • Add ice and shake once more for 15–20 seconds, till nicely chilled.
