This backyard focaccia bread is straightforward to make and is a superb addition to any meal.
You have to the next components and instruments:
- 1 dough ball
- 8 inch cake pan
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp flakey sea salt
- Press dough into 8 inch pan, pushing it to the underside of the pan. Repeat till all the floor of the dough is roofed in deep dimples
- Sprinkle with oregano, basil and sea salt
- Bake till golden brown and crisp
