Might have to be cream puff month for the Tuedays with Dorie baking group!

 

For the primary choice, I made the Gouda Gougères.  I have been making Dorie’s gougères for a few years, since they’re excellent for potlucks and get-togethers.  This can be a model utilizing gouda cheese with a little bit of cumin, and a topping of cumin seed and Maldon salt.  For sure, they did not final very lengthy!
