This recipe for Cranberry Beef Bourguignon is scrumptious and straightforward to make in your wood-fired oven, excellent for these chilly winter days!

- Bacon
- Beef
- Flour
- Beef Broth
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Pink Wine
- Olive Oil
- Bay Leaves
- Tomato Paste
- Butter
- Cranberries
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Carrots
Recipe:
- Warmth the oven to 250 levels.
- Chop the bacon into smaller items, add to the forged iron skillet and sauté within the oven.
- Whereas the bacon cooks, chop the opposite greens.
- As soon as the bacon has cooked, take away from the skillet and put aside.
