This breakfast skillet is straightforward to make in your wood-fired oven and is a scrumptious solution to begin your morning.  

You will have the next elements and instruments:

  • 1.5 cup of potatoes, cubed small
  • 1 tbsp of your favourite seasoning 
  • ¼ cup of white onions
  • ¼ cup of pink bell pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ lb of sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

recipe:

  1. Totally cook dinner sausage within the skillet and take away.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the pan, preheat for 5 minutes. As soon as sizzling, add potatoes, alongside together with your favourite seasoning to cook dinner till they turn into delicate. Stir sometimes. 
  3. As soon as potatoes are softened, add onions, bell peppers and garlic to cook dinner for one minute, combine completely.
