I’ve to cease consuming gluten for some time, so why to not learn to bake stuff with out it.

My no recipe strategy doesn’t work anymore. I produced a hideous monster of a loaf ans it’ll enrich my compost pile at present. I believed: it can’t be any extra sophisticated than a rye bread. Effectively, it could.

Anyway, I discovered this lovely recipe on YouTube and this bread is simply pretty.  The dough was very nice to work with and the consequence truly exceeded my expectations.  Slices nice, makes a stunning toast.
