This recipe for Cranberry Beef Bourguignon is scrumptious and straightforward to make in your wood-fired oven, good for these chilly winter days!
Substances:
- Puff Pastry
- Brie
- Cranberry Jam
- Salt
- Rosemary
- Olive Oil
Recipe:
- Warmth the oven to 250 levels.
- Place the brie on the heart of the puff pastry
- High with a light-weight layer of the cranberry jam and sprinkle with salt.
- Gently fold within the corners of the puff pastry over onto the brie.
- Use a small scoring knife so as to add a design to the pastry.
- Generously oil a small forged iron skillet.
- Place the pastry into the skillet after which flippantly brush oil on the highest.
- Place the skillet into the oven, permitting it to bake for about 18-20 minutes or till the pastry is golden brown.
- Take away the skillet from the oven and add a dollop of cranberry jam to the highest, garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
- Slice, serve and luxuriate in.
