Baked Cranberry Brie – The Bread Stone Ovens Firm

This recipe for Cranberry Beef Bourguignon is scrumptious and straightforward to make in your wood-fired oven, good for these chilly winter days! 


  • Puff Pastry
  • Brie
  • Cranberry Jam
  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Olive Oil


  1. Warmth the oven to 250 levels.
  2. Place the brie on the heart of the puff pastry
  3. High with a light-weight layer of the cranberry jam and sprinkle with salt. 
  4. Gently fold within the corners of the puff pastry over onto the brie. 
  5. Use a small scoring knife so as to add a design to the pastry. 
  6. Generously oil a small forged iron skillet.
  7. Place the pastry into the skillet after which flippantly brush oil on the highest. 
  8. Place the skillet into the oven, permitting it to bake for about 18-20 minutes or till the pastry is golden brown. 
  9. Take away the skillet from the oven and add a dollop of cranberry jam to the highest, garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
  10. Slice, serve and luxuriate in.
