The LA Lady is one in all our hottest cocktails at Juniper Lounge & Backyard, because of its good steadiness of acidity from citrus and the sweetness of our house-made saccharin mix, which incorporates ardour fruit, mango and the floral notes of hibiscus.
We selected white rum for this cocktail, because it performs a pivotal position in harmonizing these flavors. Moreover, we proudly use Loft & Bear rum, an area product born in Downtown Los Angeles and California’s first Black-owned distillery.
LA Lady
- 1 ½ oz. Loft & Bear rum
- ½ oz. Ardour fruit/mango/hibiscus saccharin
- ¼ oz. Pineapple juice
- ½ oz. Yuzuri yuzu citrus liqueur
- ¼ oz. Lemon juice
- 2 oz. Fever Tree glowing lemonade
- 4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Add rum, ardour fruit/mango/hibiscus saccharin, Yuzuri and juices to shaker.

Add ice and laborious shake.

Pressure into Collins or slim beer glass over recent ice
