The Darkish Crystal

Course Drinks
Key phrase blueberry, charcoal powder, lime, peanuts, Easy syrup, tequila

Substances

  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila Reposado
  • ½ oz. PB&J syrup*
  • ½ oz. Black charcoal-infused easy syrup easy syrup with sprint of charcoal powder
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • Black sug

Directions

  • Use a lemon to dampen half of the rim of a rocks glass and a bit of the surface of the glass.
  • Roll that facet of the glass rim in black sugar.
  • Mix all elements right into a shaker and shake with ice.
  • Pressure into rimmed rocks glass over ice.

Notes

*For PB&J syrup: Mix 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup water and ¾ oz. lemon juice in a pot. Cook dinner it down then add ⅓ cup of peanuts and let simmer for five minutes. Pressure and let cool.
