The Dalmore Distillery, positioned within the Scottish Highlands, has unveiled The Distillery Choose collection. The collection includes three single malt scotches bottled from hand-selected casks, and goals to showcase how varied casks can “improve a component of The Dalmore’s signature home type.”

The Dalmore Distillery Choose 2009 Classic Sherry Cask End

The primary bottle within the collection is a 2009 classic Dalmore, bottled at 15 years of age and 52.8% ABV. The whisky was completed in sherry casks sourced from González Byass in Spain, a long-time associate of The Dalmore. 

Solely 2,736 bottles have been produced and they’re going to retail for £300 (~$395).
