  • 3/4 contemporary lemon juice
  • 3/4 basil easy syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 oz. Contemporary mandarin juice
  • 3/4 Lillet Blanc
  • 2 ozPlymouth Gin
  • LaMarca Prosecco



Preparation

  1. Contemporary squeezed lemon juice Contemporary squeezed mandarin syrup Basil and Orange Bitters infused easy syrup Mix all elements and shake.
  2. Prime with Prosecco.
  3. Garnish with Basil and mandarin peel curl.

Elements


  • 2 ozPlymouth Gin
  • ¾ ozSweet Potato Purée*
  • 1/2 ozVanilla cordial cream**
  • 3 dashes cinnamon bitters
  • 1 egg white



Preparation

  1. Dry shake all elements, then shake with ice.
  2. Double pressure into chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with Orange peel, 2 cinnamon sticks, and three drops cinnamon bitters.

*Candy Potato Purée


Elements


  • 1 massive candy potato
  • 2 cups water
  • orange zest
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preparation


  1. Roast candy potatoes.
  2. In a saucepan, carry elements to boil then scale back to simmer.
  3. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  4. Let cool and pressure via mess strainer.

**Vanilla cordial cream

  • 3 ozheavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ozFrangelico
  • 1 ozAmaretto
