Proof and Wooden ‘Blame Canada!’ 22YO Canadian Rye

Proof and Wooden has announce the launch of “Blame Canada!”, a 22-year-old Canadian Rye Whiskey.

This spirit was distilled in Canada on the historic Lethbridge Distillery in Alberta.

“Blame Canada” was bottled in fourteen single barrels, with the proof ranging between 117 and 119.

The whiskey’s golden colour is a visible trace at its age, in addition to the barrels used throughout its maturation with a mashbill of 91% rye and 9% corn. On the nostril, “Blame Canada” has spicy and candy aromas, the corporate experiences. The palate comprises oak notes with the traditional rye spice. The end is a stability of spice and sweetness.
