  • 1 ½ oz. Pearl Vodka
  • ¾ oz. Domaine Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Orange Juice
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz. Ginger Syrup
  • Pinch Salt
  • Giant Beet Ice Rock (25% Natural Beet Juice, 75% Water)



Preparation

  1. Mix into shaker
  2. Shake and pressure right into a rocks glass
  3. Drop in massive beet juice massive rock
  4. Garnish with blood orange triangle and skewered candied ginger
