For the second bake of July, I made the Lamingtons.  I’ve identified about these little muffins for a few years, however by no means truly had one or baked one.  That will not occur any extra!

The sponge turned out nice, and, as a result of I had my dipping and coating station arrange fairly effectively, ending the muffins was a breeze.  Their style and texture solely improved the longer they sat.  On the second day, there was little crunchy bit on the perimeters that was yummy.

 

I’ll add double stars to this recipe!
