Time for an additional scrumptious bread put up — the final one for 2023. December’s hostess was Elle, of Feeding My Enthusiasms. Elle requested us to made fougasse, and put our personal spin on it. The Babes are a really artistic group!
I stored it easy, simply altering up the toppings. For the primary one, I sprinkled on finely chopped, recent rosemary and a few Maldon salt. It was my favourite.
For the second, I topped it with chopped Kalamata olives and the leftover chopped rosemary.
At the least the olives did not incinerate whereas baking, however they did have a behavior of falling off, so subsequent time I’d incorporate them immediately into the dough.
This was an awesome alternative for an end-of-year bake, so, thanks, Elle!
