Let me begin by saying I have never made them but. However I noticed these cute little meringue Christmas timber on America’s Check Kitchen over the weekend and thought it a well timed approach to make use of up some egg whites left over from vacation panettone baking (I hope to get one other bake in quickly myself!). Because it was on the present, I feel it’s a free recipe, but when not, let me know and I will see what I can do.
