Crystal Candy Potato Kuih 水晶番薯糕

Elements:

300g sago

170g recent shredded coconut

40g coconut milk

140g wonderful sugar

200g purple candy potato, chopped

200g yellow candy potato, chopped

Oil to grease mould

 

Methodology:

1. Rinse sago a number of instances & soaked
for 15mins. Drained & put aside

2. In a giant bowl, combine sugar, coconut
milk, shredded coconut & candy potato collectively. Combine until mixed. Add in
sago & blended until mixed

3. Pour right into a 8” greased mould &
degree it. Cowl with aluminium foil & steamed for 1hr over excessive warmth. Depart
to chill earlier than slice
