Mocha Rolls 摩卡咖啡捲

 

Substances:

Bread dough

300g Blue Jacket Bread Flour

20g fantastic sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp immediate yeast

210g water

20g unsalted butter

Filling:

90g unsalted butter

1/2 tsp salt

50g mild brown sugar

50g fantastic sugar

1 Tbsp cinnamon powder

6g immediate espresso granules

40g chopped darkish chocolate

Methodology:

1. Knead bread dough as per typical
& proof for 1hr

2. Combine filling substances collectively
until mixed. Roll out bread dough right into a rectangle. Unfold filling on high
& sprinkle darkish chocolate. Roll up like a swiss roll & divide into 9
items. Put in a lined tin & proof for 1hr

3. Baked in a preheated oven @ 180C
for 25mins
